The wedding ceremony and reception went off without a hitch, thanks to Kathleen’s skilled planning. We were blown away by her attention to detail and impeccable taste. She helped us navigate all the details that we never would have thought of (including a rain plan, which was a major source of anxiety for us!). Kathleen was a savior for our wedding! We had many plans that had to be altered due to local and state COVID ordinances, and it was a miracle we were able to pull off a beautiful event. Words cannot express my gratitude for Kathleen at Telluride Presents! Having been to Telluride only once, and having to plan a destination wedding remotely, was stressful. Kathleen was one of the greatest decisions we made in preparation for our wedding. She acted as our ‘day of’ but was eager to assist in the early stages of planning, by providing us with extensive vendor recommendations and tailored them to our preferences. She was prompt to reply to all of our emails (which I can promise there were many) and was always ready with needed information and answers. Upon discussing venue set up on the day of, she understood our vision immediately and we walked into a dream on our wedding day. I am typically unable to relinquish control, especially on such a big day, but I felt safe allowing Kathleen to direct everyone throughout the rehearsal ceremony, ceremony, and reception. She did this with such a calm demeanor, ensuring everyone was having a good time throughout it all, while guaranteeing things went according to plan. Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a great personality making it really easy to get along with and enjoy working with her. She’s very organized and always really quick to respond to any emails/texts/phone calls. She has a lot of connections in Telluride and knew our venue and the coordinator at the venue which was very helpful. We live in Denver so we ended up having Kathleen put together and deliver all our welcome bags which she executed marvelously, we shipped everything to her in multiple shipments and she put everything together in the bags. Which our custom bags never arrived until weeks after the wedding so she even at last minute ran out to get us substitute bags to use to put everything together and still get delivered on time. I highly recommend using Kathleen for your wedding, she really helped get everything organized and done leading up to the wedding and then the execution on the wedding day was flawless. I want to echo all of Kathleen’s glowing reviews! Kathleen’s can-do attitude and her ever-reliable follow-through made us feel completely comfortable. My husband and I work stressful careers, and Kathleen threaded the needle perfectly – checking in just enough in the months leading up that we knew the vendors were all on board, but not so much that we were ever distracted or overwhelmed. Kathleen caught and proactively addressed details that we would have overlooked. Our florist forgot a bouquet. One call to Kathleen, and I went back to relaxing with my bridesmaids. The issue was fixed within the hour. We did donuts for dessert, and when they were running low, Kathleen snuck a few to save for the 1-year anniversary tradition.
